2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
