These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform and related websites, applications, AI-powered modules, communications, and tools (collectively, the "Services"), whether you are a user seeking cosmetic or beauty guidance ("Beauty Seeker") or a participating professional, clinic, practice, or business ("Provider").

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information, or using any Provider tool, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or professional practice, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. The Services

GreatLooks.ai is an AI-powered platform designed to help Beauty Seekers discover, plan, and connect with cosmetic, wellness, and beauty service Providers. Providers may include, without limitation, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nutritionists, fitness experts, med spas, beauty specialists, clinics, and other professionals. The Services may include:

  • AI Beauty Companion: A conversational AI that helps Beauty Seekers organize aesthetic goals, learn general information, and request introductions to Providers. The AI Beauty Companion may operate through web chat, email, WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), or other supported channels.
  • Provider AI Assistant: An AI assistant for a Provider that can respond using Provider-supplied practice information, such as services, location, hours, policies, specialty areas, and other approved materials. Providers are responsible for the information they supply and for monitoring any assistant that communicates for them.
  • Provider Tools: Tools for Provider microsites, profiles, calendars, leads, campaigns, articles, pages, and related workflows. Some tools may be operated through instructions sent from a Provider's registered email address or other authenticated channel.

The Services are intended to facilitate information sharing and introductions. We do not practice medicine, operate a clinic, employ or control independent Providers, guarantee appointments, or guarantee any cosmetic, medical, wellness, financial, or personal outcome.

2. No Medical Advice or Provider-Patient Relationship

Important Medical Disclaimer: GreatLooks.ai, the AI Beauty Companion, and the Provider AI Assistants do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or professional healthcare judgment. Information available through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making decisions about your health, body, treatment, procedure, medication, diet, fitness plan, or care. Your reliance on any information provided through the Services is solely at your own risk.

Use of the Services does not create a physician-patient, provider-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, agency, employment, or professional relationship between you and GreatLooks.ai. A professional relationship, if any, exists only between you and the Provider who separately agrees to provide services to you.

The Services are not for emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency or urgent health concern, call emergency services or contact a licensed medical professional immediately.

3. Accounts, Eligibility, and Fees

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Security: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account or authenticated email address, including instructions submitted through Provider tools.

Beauty Seekers: The core Services are currently free for Beauty Seekers unless we clearly disclose otherwise before use.

Providers: Providers may use a free base plan and may be offered premium or paid features. Paid features, pricing, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation terms, and any refund rules will be disclosed in the applicable order flow, subscription terms, invoice, or written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. User Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information. You agree not to submit medical records, protected health information, patient files, diagnostic reports, insurance information, government identification numbers, payment card details, or other highly sensitive information unless we have expressly requested it through a secure, designated workflow.

  • Limited Health-Related Context: The Services may process aesthetic goals, procedure interests, preferences, and other information you voluntarily provide. This information may be sensitive, but GreatLooks.ai is not a healthcare provider and the Services are not intended to collect or maintain medical records.
  • Consent for Provider Sharing: We share Beauty Seeker information with a Provider only when you request or consent to that connection, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
  • No HIPAA Relationship by Default: Unless GreatLooks.ai has signed a separate written business associate agreement or similar agreement, the Services are not offered as a HIPAA-covered service and Providers must not upload protected health information or patient data.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content, data, messages, images, videos, reviews, profile information, practice materials, and other materials you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and licenses needed to submit User Content and allow us to use it as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

License to GreatLooks.ai: You grant GreatLooks.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works from, and otherwise use User Content to provide, secure, operate, improve, promote, and develop the Services, including AI features, Provider tools, support, compliance, and analytics. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our active systems, except that we may retain copies as required for backups, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.

Provider Content: Providers remain responsible for articles, images, videos, pages, profiles, training materials, campaigns, offers, testimonials, claims, and other Provider materials created, uploaded, or approved through the Services. Providers grant GreatLooks.ai permission to display, distribute, adapt, and promote those materials in connection with the Services and GreatLooks.ai marketing, with reasonable attribution where practical.

GreatLooks.ai Intellectual Property: Excluding User Content, all content, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, AI workflows, prompts, models, documentation, and other elements of the Services are owned by GreatLooks AI, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

6. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, obscene, exploitative, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or test vulnerabilities, interfere with service operations, or bypass security or access controls.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
  • Impersonate another person, misrepresent your credentials, submit false or misleading information, create fake reviews, or manipulate ratings, rankings, leads, referrals, or communications.
  • Use the Services to provide professional advice outside the scope of your license, credentials, permissions, or applicable law.
  • Upload or disclose patient data, protected health information, or third-party personal information without all required rights, notices, and consents.

7. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are solely responsible for their professional services, licenses, credentials, registrations, insurance, staff, facilities, patient relationships, advertising claims, pricing, offers, appointments, records, informed consent, clinical judgment, and compliance with all laws and professional rules that apply to them, including laws governing healthcare, telehealth, advertising, testimonials, data privacy, email marketing, text messaging, WhatsApp messaging, and consumer protection.

Providers must review and approve their profiles, training data, AI Assistant behavior, campaigns, articles, pages, and communications for accuracy and compliance. GreatLooks.ai may remove or disable Provider content, listings, leads, or tools at any time if we believe they are inaccurate, unlawful, risky, misleading, or harmful to the Services or users.

8. Communications Consent

By providing contact information or using a supported communication channel, you consent to receive operational, transactional, and service-related communications from GreatLooks.ai, our AI systems, and, where you request a connection, Providers. These communications may occur by email, web chat, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, X, or similar channels and may include automated or AI-assisted messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications as described in the message or Privacy Policy, but we may still send non-promotional messages related to the Services.

9. Third-Party Services and Interactions

The Services may connect you with third-party Providers, websites, messaging platforms, analytics providers, hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, or other services that we do not control. GreatLooks.ai does not endorse or guarantee any Provider or third-party service, and we are not responsible for their services, content, privacy practices, security, pricing, availability, advice, treatment, products, or outcomes. Any interactions, agreements, payments, procedures, or disputes between Beauty Seekers and Providers are solely between those parties.

10. International Operations

GreatLooks AI, Inc. is a corporate entity organized and existing exclusively under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and maintains no legal entities, subsidiaries, or corporate registrations in any other jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Platform and Services are globally accessible and facilitate interactions between Providers and Beauty Seekers located in multiple countries. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

11. AI, Beta Features, and Accuracy

The Services may rely on AI, automation, user-provided data, and third-party systems. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it. Provider matches, recommendations, summaries, drafts, articles, campaigns, images, pages, and communications are not guarantees of quality, safety, licensing, availability, suitability, results, revenue, leads, appointments, or conversion.

Some features may be experimental, beta, or evolving. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or impose usage limits on any feature at any time without liability.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREATLOOKS AI, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, PERSONAL INJURY, TREATMENT OUTCOME, OR PROFESSIONAL RESULT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GREATLOOKS.AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreatLooks AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your communications or transactions with any user or Provider, or your professional services, advice, advertising, patient or customer relationships, data handling, or business practices.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or your account, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice or liability to you.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will stop immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions regarding intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

15. Governing Law, Venue, and Class Action Waiver

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and GreatLooks.ai agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
